The U17 boys are in the Division 2 Shield semi-final at the weekend and as of now, our opponents are not known. In an unusual turn of events, all 4 top teams in the opposite group finished equal on 10 points a piece. The U12 boys will host the round three blitz this Saturday in Kildysart at 10am.
The U21 Championship will kick off in the third week of October and in a change from the normal knock-out format, this year’s Championship will run on a league basis. Kildysart is participating in the 4-team Cil Cuil Gaels amalgamation in Division 1 and is competing by themselves in Division 2.
There are 3 groups in Division 1 and each group winner and the best placed second team will compete in the semi-finals. Cil Cuil Gaels are in group 2 with Wolfetones, Western Gaels/Doonbeg and Ennistymon.
There are 4 groups in Division 2 and each group winner will compete in the semi-finals. Kildysart is in group 1 with Cratloe, Clarecastle, and Parteen
