Results:
The Junior Ladies came away with a well-earned draw when they travelled to Kilrush on Good Friday evening. It was a game of two halves but Kildysart held on share the spoils on a scoreline of Kildyart 3-7, Kilrush 2-10. See Match Report for full details. Their last league match is on or before 23rd April when they take on Miltown in a home fixture.
The U10 girls played some excellent football in their blitz with Fergus Rovers on Saturday last.
Well done to the U15 Kildysart/Coolmeen Academy team who secured a win in their opening match v Clarecastle on Bank holiday Monday 0-7 to 1-3.
Fixtures:
The U15 Kildysart/Coolmeen head to Quilty this evening for a 7pm throw-in v Kilmurry Ibrickane in Round 2 of the Division 2-3 championship.
The U9’s second blitz will take place in Labasheeda this Saturday where the team will take on Shannon Gaels, Clarecastle & Doonbeg.
This Saturday also sees the Senior Men travel to Ennistymon with throw-in at 6pm where they will look to get back to winning ways in Round 3 of the Cusack Cup.
The Junior Men are in action on Sunday 16th April when they take on Miltown in Ryan’s Field at 12:30pm in round 3 of their league. This is another clash of the table toppers as both teams have won their first two rounds, though Kildysart has a bigger points difference.

Race Night: The organising of the race night is in full swing and horses are available for €20. The event will be held in Mitchell’s on Saturday 13th May and your support is very much appreciated. Horses can also be purchased online here.
Munster Championship
Well done to Emmet McMahon who scored two vital points in Clare’s win over Cork (0-14 to 0-13) on Sunday last in the Senior Munster Football Championship Quarter Final. Next up for Clare is the semi-final on 22nd April in the Gaelic Grounds v Limerick where the winner secures their spot in the All Ireland Championship Football Group Stage.
Fergal Ginnane lined out in full-back as the Clare U20’s overcame Tipperary in Thurles in the Munster U20 Quarter Final on a score-line of 1-11 to 0-11. Kerry will be their opponent in the semi-final as the Banner travel to Tralee next Monday (17th) for a 7pm throw-in. This match will be shown live on YouTube Sport TG4.
Best of luck to Conall Casey and the Clare Minors as they take on Waterford on Thursday (13th April) in Lemybrien, County Waterford in Round 1 of the Munster Championship.
